VEHICLE CONDITION
Vehicles are detailed in the condition they are presented on the day.
Heavily soiled vehicles (excessive mud, pet hair, stains, sand, or odours) may require additional time and incur extra charges.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, worn trim, weak paint, or delicate surfaces.
PAYMENT
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

BOOKINGS & APPOINTMENTS
Appointments are confirmed once a date, time, and location have been agreed.
A deposit may be required for larger bookings or premium services.
